We are so happy to be able to show the fine
Morab and Morgan sons and daughters that our Morgan stallion, Washita
Spitfire, has given us over the years. We have owned Spitfire most of
his life, and now he's leaving for a new home in Virginia to sire more
fine Morgans and Morabs there. Spitfire has consistantly thrown his
fine head and soft dark eye, his hard and clean feet and legs, and his
amazing athleticism and sweet, willing disposition. |

LM DANIEL
BOONE - one of the first foals by Washita Spitfire and out of a 50/50
Morab mare, Boone is pictured at 6 years old, winning in Open Hunter
Jumper in Kentucky his first year out. He is the spitting image of his
sire, and is also a winning Open Jumper (timed). He does first level
dressage, and is just as sweet and willing as they come. |

BRIMSTONE
KNIGHT - purebred Morgan gelding who is also one of the first foals
sired by Washita Spitfire, and is out of our Morgan mare, Smanda's
Sandi Jane (Kasey). Now a mature horse, Brimstone has incredible bone
and muscling that you don't see a lot in Morgans today. He also has his
sire's breedy head, soft eye, and superb feet and legs. His owners in
Oklahoma are so happy with him that they are planning on getting a
Spitfire daughter in the future to have for their breeding program. |

LM
POSITIVELY CHARMING - a Morab filly sired by Washita Spitfire and out
of a Polish Arabian mare has the distinction of being our very first
horse to sell BEFORE she was even CONCEIVED. The owners in Tucson,
Arizona wanted a foal by Spitfire, and paid up front. Their plans for
her included breeding, jumping, endurance and whatever else she shows
herself to be good at. |

FREEDOM'S
INDEPENDANCE SPARKLER is a Morab colt in New Jersey sired by Washita
Spitfire and out of a 50/50 Morab mare. He, too, has his sire's good
looks, breedy head, and great disposition. His breeders say he's been a
people lover since he was born. Indy has now been sold to another Morab
breeder in North Carolina as a stallion/endurance prospect. He has
loads of promise - time will tell if he fulfills that promise. |

LM AURORA
SPARKLER - is another of the older Spitfire babies. She is out of a
Crabbet Arabian mare, and is pictured here as a young 2 year old. When
she was sold to Florida, she went bred to her own sire, Spitfire. He
jumped into her pen, but we didn't know he'd bred her. The Florida
owner tells us that the doubled up filly that was born is even better
than her dam. Spitfire once again stamped his daughters with his good
looks and great attributes. |

LIBERTY MTN.
MONARCH - a gray Morab gelding (pictured here as a two year old) is
another of the older Spitfire foals. His Morab dam was sold bred so he
was born in Kansas with his new owner, a 14 year old girl in 4-H. As a
yearling, Monny was winning Champion Open Halter against Quarter
Horses. He went on to show talent in jumping, trail and dressage. He is
so loved by his now-grown owner that she has expressed a desire to
repeat the breeding that produced Monny. She has many Morabs, but Monny
has a special place in her heart. |

LM SPARKLING
RADIANCE - a beautiful bright chestnut Morab daughter of Washita
Spitfire, pictured here as a 4 year old being broke to ride by her 13
year old owner in New Jersey. Radiance has since then been involved in
Pony Club (cross country, etc.) and 4-H. She is dearly loved and valued
by her family who have now become Morab breeders. True to her sire, she
is one of those who loves to jump and always has. She is out of a
Crabbet Arabian mare, and is a full sister to LM Aurora Sparkler in
Florida. |

RUBY - one
of Spitfire's few Morgan foals, and one of two Morgan fillies he's had.
Out of a Kingston daughter, Ruby is just now getting mature and will
soon be broke to ride. She is extremely promising, and her owners are
excited about her future. Again, she has her sire's stamp all over her.
She is pictured here as a yearling. Ruby is already exhibiting the
athleticism and intelligence of her sire. She may have a show career
ahead of her. |
